Tara Palmer Tomkinson has revealed she's getting yet another new nose after her current conk failed to to stand up to 'general wear and tear'.
The 39-year-old socialite's nose collapsed after years of cocaine abuse and she had it rebuilt in 2006. But now she says she needs a new operation because it has become misshapen again.
Talking to the London Evening Standard, the former cocaine addict explained that the last nose job had used cartilage from her ear but it had been too delicate and had worn out.
She added she now needed: 'rhino-tough cartilage from my ribs, so I come out with a strong, cemented honker.'
She said: 'I'll tell you exactly what's happening with my nose. When I originally had it fixed... I was told it could be taken from my ear or from my ribs and I chose my ear.
'But the trouble with cartilage from the ear is that, although you get a really nice shape, it's delicate and easily damaged.
'It doesn't stand up well to general wear and tear. The other day I was shaking my duvet and the TV remote control flew up and hit me in the face.'
